Advertise Property in Lincoln
Landlords who wish to join the Bishop Grosseteste University College ‘Code of Practice’ should provide the university with copies of the following:
- Gas Safe Register Certificate
- NICEIC/ECA Electrical Certificate
- Property Details Form (or register online)
- Landlord Details Form (or register online)
- Building Control Certificate (if applicable)
- Copy of Contract/Tenancy Agreement
- Letter of satisfaction issued by the Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue
- Confirmation that you have undertaken a Fire Risk Assessment for each property which you will be required to produce upon inspection
- Payment by Cheque made payable to “Bishop Grosseteste University College”)
